After parking in Winterton, I got a bus to the centre of Yarmouth, from where I’ve walked west to Haven Bridge to pick up the route of the England Coast Path. this section being also known as the Norfolk Coast PathBritannia Pier and the extensive sands of the beachThe splendid new England Coast Path signs (note the small National Trail logo saying such) more prominently branded hereabouts as the Norfolk Coast Path. Just two miles to California.Caister-on-Sea – not many people on the beachImportant sea (cliff) defences, but they don’t half make the going underfoot quite challengingAway from those rocks, but the miles left along the beach are hard work too, as I pass HemsbyArriving at Winterton-on-Sea after a delightful three hours along the coast.
